Be part of the solution! JOIN US as we raise awareness and give you the opportunity to actively do something to fight HUMAN TRAFFICKING and help suffering children, women, and men who are affected by this atrocity. Your support is greatly appreciated as 100% of all net proceeds will be donated to International Sanctuary/Purposeful Jewelry, Beacon4Victims in collaboration with Strong Beginnings, a “division” of Orange County Rescue Mission, and Trafficking in America Task Force.

Here is what we have planned for November 2020
Here's what you can expect:
We are going to look at navigating eating well and a "busy" life, why there are no excuses not to take care of your body, and why it's never too late to make lifestyle changes. We are also going to look at how facial expressions are related to the mind. Also, we will look at what it means to have a well fed, beautifully strong body. At the end of the day, it’s all about Self-Care and what it takes to put the oxygen mask on you first.
